Our Community Clay Studio (the classroom), nestled upstairs in suite 206 of the iconic Cedar Street Bridge, is the perfect place for Sandpoint residents of all ages to explore the art of ceramics. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, we invite you to join us in discovering the joy of creating with clay while enjoying a breathtaking view of Sand Creek and Schweitzer Mountain.  See our current list of CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, & EVENTS!

What We Offer:

6 Week Classes

Dive into 6 weekly sessions on the potter's wheel or handbuilding classes and create a variety of projects!  From beginner to advanced, you can develop your skills and level up to our Emerging Artist program!

Waitlists available for everything! Receive notifications for upcoming classes, workshops, & events! See the SERVICES page!

Our Member's Studio in suite 203 (also upstairs in the Cedar Street Bridge) is a private space reserved for members only.  We provide the clay, 15 dipping glazes, over 20 underglazes, kiln firings, personal storage shelves, potter's wheels, large worktables, and access to over 80 glazes, tools, and a slab roller in the Community Clay Studio.  Members come in whenever they want and make whatever they're inspired to create!   See our MEMBERSHIP options and join our growing community of potter's, handbuilders, and sculptors!
