60 Minute Potter's Wheel Experience

Service Description

Want to try the potter’s wheel, but don’t have a lot of time? OR… Not ready to commit to a workshop or class yet? This one-time pottery throwing experience may be perfect for you! Experiment with 2 pounds of clay on the potter’s wheel and receive 60 minutes of one-on-one instruction, guided practice, demonstrations, and clean-up time. Until we purchase more wheels, only 1 seat is available for reservation or walk-in per time slot NO TAKE HOMES; all clay will be recycled when done. * If you are interested in keeping your pot, upgrade to the 90 Minute Potter's Wheel Experience! This can be done in person at the time of your session for an additional $30. You will get an extra 30 minutes on the wheel and choose your one favorite pot to keep! We’ll fire it, glaze it with 1 color of your choice, and fire it again. You pick it up in about 3 or 4 weeks… OR we ship it to you for the cost of packaging and shipping ($30). All clay and glazes are nontoxic stoneware, so they are safe for food, the microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty, and please bring your own towel because you'll need it!
